About the job We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to own data collection. Your mission will be to drive the evolution of our ‘tag’ — the engine that our customers use to collect usage data on their website and that powers all the rest of our products. You will be responsible for the vision, strategy, development, and overall success of data collection, working alongside brilliant engineers, to help shape the Global Vision of Contentsquare and democratize analytics.
What you'll do
- Build the vision of data collection for customers, from SMB to enterprise, and the strategy to deliver it.
- Work closely with all other product teams in order to identify their data collection needs.
- Understand and measure how your product will impact business while working closely with the director of Product Management to define your team’s OKR.
- Define metrics and KPIs to measure performance of the tag over time.
- Anticipate key technological trends that might affect the way we collect data for our customers.
- Collaborate with Designers, Engineers and Data Scientists to ideate and deliver the best solution to our customers.
- Act as a leader to get stakeholders’ buy-in on your initiatives.
- Influence other teams to ensure successful outcomes in your product scope.
- Act as an authority in your product area. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and business opportunities by performing qualitative, quantitative and competitive analysis.
- Be accountable for the success of the product.
- Contribute proactively to the product team’s success by continuously improving the way we work and by helping our juniors grow.
What you'll need to succeed
- You have 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Ideally, your experience includes working on technical products, you know how to turn complex product configurations into intuitive self-serve setup flows, and you are used to working with enterprise customers.
- You have strong analytical skills to understand and solve complex problems.
- You know how to get things done on time and prioritize tasks.
- You have strong technical knowledge and are comfortable participating in technical decisions made in your team.
- You are experienced in working with internal clients and in prioritizing their needs against each other and against your own roadmap.
- You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
