Please visit our careers blog for more information. About the Job You will be part of the Product Knowledge Management team. The primary focus of this team is to ensure the timely creation and solidification of content related to product releases. The team plays a crucial role in maintaining a unified source of truth for internal stakeholders, promoting effective communication, and reducing the need for individual investigations. Please note that the product documentation you will be responsible for is not client-facing.

What you'll do

• We are looking for a technical writer to enhance the accessibility and reliability of our product documentation by Documenting one of our key products Testing and improving content to align with our latest generative AI capabilities
• Stream 1: Technical writing: You will document one of our key, recently released products to create a comprehensive, easy-to-search document database. This will enable field teams to self-serve when they have questions and help the product knowledge team easily update existing documentation as new releases are documented.
• Stream 2: Improve access to product information with Artificial Intelligence You will support the product knowledge team in streamlining the product documentation portal on Confluence. Reorganize and standardize the product administration documentation. Test our AI (powered by Flank and AtlassianAI) by asking questions, reviewing the quality of answers, and suggesting content updates and improvements when questions are not answered correctly.

What you'll need to succeed

• You love Technical Writing: Proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation. You know how to convey complex technical information in a simple, structured, and understandable manner.
• Content Management Systems (CMS): you are at ease with CMS, experience with Confluence is a plus.
• You have Basic Technical Knowledge: you understand the way websites work and are looking forward to strengthening your technical knowledge.
• You are Deadline-driven: you can organize work to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) - french is a plus.
• You pay attention to details: you ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation.
• You like to work with others: you work effectively with product and R&D teams to gather information.
• You are a Generative AI enthusiast : you are keen to integrate Generative AI into your daily tasks, recognizing its pivotal role in evolving your career. You are committed to leveraging its potential effectively.
