www.spreetail.com . Spreetail is seeking a Director of Continuous Improvement to join our team. Operations and Logistics are the front lines to ensuring quick and perfect deliveries, every time, to our customers around the nation. How you will achieve success:
- Be relentless in process improvement and innovation to driver performance with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost within the FC network. Help define roles/responsibilities for current and future organization structures to support rapid growth without compromising customer experience.
- Oversee the successful growth of FC Continuous Improvement programs with heavy collaboration with Learning & Development programs, Inventory Control and Quality assurance initiatives, as well as the support data analytics to drive informed business decisions.
- Assess FC processes to identify technical limitations, bottlenecks, and constraints to design and implement effective counter measures. Teach leadership to effectively root cause and prioritization business focuses to drive YoY growth strategies in all key performance areas.
- Drive new processes, disciplines, and job instructions across the FC network to ensure best in class customer experience for all Spreetail deliveries. Ensure all new initiatives are sustained and routinely improved/iterated to meet ever-changing business needs.
- Perform data gather and field testing to support operational troubleshooting. Lead teams to effectively write program whitepaper proposals to scope business impact across people, process, and technology.
- Oversee teams that analyze process risks and provide mitigating business recommendations and enhancements and deliver Ad hoc analysis for organizational partners.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 5+ years of experience in process/continuous improvement or industrial engineering role
- 5+ years of experience in fulfillment or operationsmanagement
- Proven experience in managing process/continuous improvement programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of lean, six sigma, and/or process engineering
- Experience with cross-organizational communication and multi-site process change leadership
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity
$140,000 - $180,000 a year Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $140,000/year to $180,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
