About the role

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for forecasting and optimizing supply chain operations? We are seeking an experienced Senior Demand Planner to lead our demand planning efforts and drive decision-making in our dynamic organization. This role reports into the Supply Chain Manager.

What you will do:

  • Manage demand planning and adhere to the forecast accuracy targets and other related KPIs
  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced demand forecasting models
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align demand planning strategies with overall business objectives
  • Gather insights from analysis of market trends and historical data to enhance forecast accuracy
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve demand planning processes and enhance supply chain efficiency
  • Present forecast insights and recommendations to cross functional teams

What we’re seeking in you:

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain demand planning
  • Proven track record of successfully leading demand planning projects on time
  • Expertise in excel, Power BI, statistical modelling, forecasting tools, and ERP systems
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Statistics, or a related field
