Job Title: Senior Insight & Analysis Specialist
Location: Taipei, Taiwan
About the role:
- Ensure sales database and BI platform operation/maintenance and data accuracy for on-time sales report delivery.
- As database owner, cooperate with BO & commercial teams and colleagues from enabling functions to utilize EDB database and conduct data sources analysis to generate insights for business implementation.
- To support DD&T team in executing key initiatives to enhance Taiwan Loc digital maturity and achieve KPI set from ADAPT.
- Key coordinator in omni-channel content management and campaign sending from different corporate platforms
How you will contribute:
EDB database owner, sales data maintenance and monthly sales closing:
- Daily sales transaction data check and upload
- Co-work with supply chain team, provide daily sales data for SAP upload
- Communicate with distributors’ contact window for raw data related issue
- Master data maintenance: including master data (e.g. account, product, territory allocation) and user access management, ...etc.
- As contact window to collect and reflect sales system related issues to vendor to seek for solution.
- Collaborate with FINS, BO and distributors in automating monthly closing report to stakeholders.
EDB database maintenance and cross analysis via BI platforms
- Sales transaction database master data maintenance, including user access management, territory hierarchy changes, ...etc.
- As main owner for BI platform (B-Link), Collaborate with BO & commercial stakeholders to develop/ enhance sales analysis with insightful reports from different data sources (CRM, CLM, IQVIA,
- omnichannel platforms, sales & etc)
- As local business owner, cooperate with global IT teams and 3rd party vendor to seek solutions in optimizing performance for BI platform inclusive of functionality enhancement, solution seeking for platform related issue, e.g. error report, user access issue and etc.
In collaboration with BO to serve as the central point of contact to data consumers.
- Take accountability for engagement data in the Takeda ecosystem leveraging and enforcing operating model inclusive of external providers and internal process and system owners.
- Proactively improve and deliver trusted, high-quality customer data to consuming systems for execution and analytics.
- Closely collaborates with data product owners to assess needs and propose solutions.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of digital marketing activities and demonstrate the impact of digital marketing on business growth leveraging insights from data analysis .
DD&T Omnichannel platform maintenance, contents management & Campaign sending via corporate tools:
- Existing site & tool maintenance:
- KnowFabry
- KnowGaucher
- KnowHAE
- CDST calculator for IBD
- Website performance tracking via Matomo
- To support BU & medical team in campaign sending via omni-channel platforms & virtual meeting platform arrangements inclusive:
- Omni-channel platforms:
- Mass Email (Sales Force Marketing Cloud)
- 1:1 (Rep Triggered Email via Veeva CRM)
- Takeda corporate Line OA when platform established
- Virtual meeting platform (Spotme) to go LIVE
- Contents management by supporting BUs & Medical team with contents upload to platforms:
- e-DA upload (Veeva CRM)
- Video upload (BrightCove)
In collaboration with Digital & Innovation Manager in executing following:
- Paige for selected brand
- Collaboration with GEM DD&T team in execution, explore and prepare for potential new use cases for FY25-26
- Performance discussion with BUs
- Optimize pAIge performance with CFT
- To ensure all digital asset, solutions follow Takeda governance, policy & compliance:
- SOP checked and followed inclusive of DSP, SACA, WRCA, AIC
- Familiar with systems inclusive of ASKIT, JIRA, Digital Asset Registration (DAR)
- To support Taiwan Loc in achieving KPI set for digital maturity score on annual basis via ADAPT score system in following aspects:
- HCP engagement
- Patient engagement
- Internal digital maturity excellence
- New digital platform launch plan & centralize omnichannel platform consent collection
- HCP digital preference mapping & segmentation
- Innovation Garage implementation and as main owner for Innovation Academy.
Collaboration with BO & BU to support on demand business support inclusive (but not only limited to):
- Patient tracker tool maintenance
What you bring to Takeda:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Science. (Master will be a plus).
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI is a must.
- Experience with python or R is a plus.
- General understanding of database technology.
- Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Data driven and quantitative mindset with strong analytical approach to problem solving.
- Have minimal of > 3 years of work experiences in MNC setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers and cross functional departments and stakeholders.
- Candidate who is detailed oriented, organized and self-motivated work style with excellent time management and decision-making ability.
- To have an open and curious mind in doing things differently and innovatively.
- A data driven and quantitative mindset. Demonstrate ability to focus on key issues, research, gather and integrate information from reference sources and is able to suggest/ recommend alternative.
- Pharmaceutical commercial, data or IT background will be a plus for the role.
