RESPONSIBILITIES

• Unleash the power of Data, Digital and Technology to achieve China Aspiration & Elevation Plan by building strategic capabilities
• Explore digital healthcare solution opportunity based on Takeda product strategy, implement strategic innovation / DD&T projects and business innovation strategy
• Drive and take ownership to be proactive to explore potential external digital healthcare solution and collaboration opportunity, and engage internal & external stakeholders to make solution from the paper to real case
• Understand internal stakeholders’ demands, know how to design a DD&T solution to meet commercial strategy, and know how to deliver this solution which is collaborated with MKT/Medical/AE/CAPS or any other key functions
• Drive and collaborate with external stakeholders to execute go-to-market strategy to provide innovative digital healthcare solution
• Design and collect external stakeholders’ demands, and analysis & design the total digital healthcare solution, work closely with key external stakeholders to deliver projects within budget, time and resource
• Regular to drive project progress to ensure the project outcomes and relevant project documentation readiness

Qualifications & Skills:

Level of Education

• Marketing / Medical / Health informatics background and Master Degree is a must

Working Experience in Relevant Field

• 10+ years experiences in marketing / medical / digital innovation strategy, digital marketing, or innovation projects;
• 10+ years experiences in pharmaceutical industry
