About the role:

You will manage volume totaling over $3B in annual chargeback sales. Manage A/R risk and assist in the development and execution of action plans for resolution. Provide direction on process development to ensure repeatable, accurate performance, ongoing improved execution through effective program/project management and eliminate rework. You will report to the Associate Director, Channel & Pricing Operations.

How you will contribute:

• Develop, enhance and implement reporting in order to track performance and compliance to our commitment to our distributor and business partners in order to identify areas of potential improvement. Works cross-functionally with Takeda accounts receivable to reconcile chargeback deductions and assist with collection efforts for such deductions.
• Manage and create, as necessary, policies and procedures relating to chargeback administration to ensure contract terms and conditions are met in addition to timely and accurate processing of chargeback claims to minimize deductions and disputes.
• Responsible for the organization and staffing of the chargebacks area. Includes recruiting, selection, training, performance, and evaluations to maximize operating effectiveness.
• Work closely with Takeda National Account Directors-Trade Relations to maintain an effective wholesaler/distributor customer focus to communicate Takeda contract terms and conditions to ensure accurate contract invoicing to minimize billing errors and chargeback deductions.
• Manage the development and maintenance of effective chargeback claims processing system including; validated EDI trading partner testing, suggesting new/improved business requirements, potential enhancements, when applicable, support testing processes for new and/or updated price strategies.
• System Support and Maintenance Manage/respond to all issues and requests including Compliance and Audit functions

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree minimum requirement.
• 5-years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, preference for Managed Markets, Contracts/Pricing and/or Finance.
• Ability to manage and motivate others, inspiring confidence and rewarding innovation.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and with confidence
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in a matrix environment.

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
