The Marketing Producer plays an essential role at the intersection of production and creative. By fostering close relationships with our creative team and constantly communicating with partners, you will guide the production of assets from creation to deployment.
Responsibilities
- You will organize the production and delivery of video and design assets such as Brand Identity, Key Art, trailers, and screenshots.
- You guide and manage the other team members through ideation, design process, and creative execution.
- You will connect and maintain a positive relationship with the cross-functional teams.
- You will create and communicate content production schedules, maintain the tools we use daily, and track all assets and approvals.
- You will communicate asset vision and creative to the team, and actively update them during the creative process
- You communicate schedules, status, risks, challenges, and solutions throughout the organization.
- You will filter notes from the Creative Lead and other partners, ensuring team members understand the feedback and action promptly.
- You will source in-game assets for vendors, working with game producers to understand asset availability.
- You will initiate music licensing and composition requests with our music group and confirm usage, timeline, and artist credits.
- You will send assets to the Legal team and ESRB for review.
- You will sync with our Localization team to confirm the on-time delivery of localization projects and assets.
- You can work autonomously; however, you will rely on the Lead Producer for support.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in production (Games, animation, VFX, or similar).
- You are a master of influence, carefully balancing creative excellence with on-time delivery while following budget constraints and looking for savings.
- You have experience working with developers and vendors.
- Can distill complex plans down to their path and essential milestones.
- You are willing to travel occasionally

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
o $73,200 - $101,700 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
