Customer Service & Onboarding is a key pillar of Qonto’s success strategy as we are on a mission to provide instant, safe, personalized support to new and existing customers. As Qonto is scaling fast, we are looking for our Workforce Manager to optimize our outsourced vendor operations and workforce management effort with the aim of continuously improving satisfaction, reaching excellence, and increasing efficiency! 👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Workforce Manager at Qonto, you will • Conduct comprehensive analysis to determine staffing requirements per interval based on historical data and projected business needs; • Collaborate with department leads to understand and forecast staffing needs , ensuring alignment with business goals; • Develop and maintain staffing models and schedules to optimize workforce distribution and meet operational demands; • Implement and utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate staff performance and operational efficiency; • Identify trends and inefficiencies in workflows and propose actionable solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs; • Prepare regular reports on departmental performance and present findings to senior management. 🤔 What you can expect • Possibility to tailor Workforce and Vendor Management standards and routines; • A positive, dynamic, and international working environment; • Joining one of Europe’s fastest-growing and most disruptive scale-ups; • A journey of personal development and fulfilment. 🤝 About your future manager Your manager will be Valentina, our Strategic Workforce Planning Manager. • Her Background: Valentina has a comprehensive background in workforce management and vendor relations. With over 7 years of experience in roles such as Workforce Manager and Operations Specialist, she joined Qonto in May 2023 and has played a key role in optimizing workforce planning and vendor partnerships. • What does she bring to the team Deep expertise in workforce management and vendor coordination. Valentina’s experience will guide you in effectively managing team dynamics, optimizing workforce utilization, and fostering productive vendor relationships. Her leadership will empower you to implement strategic workforce management practices and enhance the overall efficiency and success of the team. 🏅About You • Experience : You have 2 years experience in Workforce Management and building world-class customer experiences in a context of high-volume operations or in large scales operations. • Analytical mindset: You have a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. Your ability to analyze metrics helps drive strategic decisions and operational improvements. • Business Oriented: You possess a strong business sense, capable of defining and challenging the value of projects. You leverage this insight to inform thorough analyses and robust recommendations. • Team Player : You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with multiple teams. • Tech-Savvy: Eager to learn new tools that enhance your analytical capabilities, you are proficient in excel and are enthusiastic about continuously expanding your skill set. • Languages : You speak English fluently (and French is a plus).
