Your mission @ Aircall:

    • Supporting our Product and Business goals through the ERP process configuration (Netsuite).
    • Complex End to End ecosystem : Working effectively with key stakeholders (Billing, Finance Business, Sales Team, IT Department, ERP Vendors and Middleware Vendors) to understand business and functional requirements to translate into standard or customized solutions with NetSuite and any integrated systems .
    • Prepare project scoping and estimations. Perform deployment of configuration, custom scripts/workflows.
    • Integration management : Monitor and Optimize the flows between Netsuite and integrated platforms, reconcile and investigate errors (billing and Payment-Service-Providers systems, Salesforce/Celigo, Back-end tools)
    • Customizing : Reports and searches, dashboards, custom records/fields, transaction & entry forms and printed pdf & html layouts.
    • Creating Process model diagrams , charts, and implementation of these processes across the organization.
    • Implementing and adhering to internal controls and supporting external & internal auditors through walkthroughs and documentation.
    • The Governance is structured around (1) support on Incidents, (2) enhancements, and (3) projects. The time will be spread across those 3 areas.

Your profile:

    • Skilled at working within a dynamic, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
    • Attention to detail and see the big picture at the same time.
    • Strong communication .
    • Strong customer service orientation .
    • Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language.
    • Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals.
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Critical thinking .
    • Extensive experience in ERP/Systems and Finance.
    • 4-6 years' working experience (Consulting experience would be great) .
    • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Accounting, or Computer/Information Science or equivalent.
    • Fluent in English
    • French &/ or Spanish spoken are a plus
