Assignment Details: 20 hours per weekStart date: 8/1/2024End date: 6 months with potential to extendHourly Rate: $23-35 Location: Remote - US Assignment Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily posting, editing, and content optimization on our top traffic-driving channels via the True Anthem scheduling tool
  • Manage community engagement across our top channels
  • Monitor key platform-specific metrics to make data-informed decisions
  • Work closely with the Social Editor and Director of Engagement to execute social media growth strategies to extend the digital reach of the brand further
  • Monitor current social trends and competitors’ social media presence to identify new opportunities and leverage best practices
Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Communications, Marketing, English or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in digital social media for a large brand
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to capture and effectively convey brand voice
  • Strong attention to detail, hatred of typos, and ability to meet deadlines and multitask at a fast pace
  • Energetic, well-organized, and proactive team player
  • Knowledge, experience, or interest in food, cooking, and the culinary world
  • Google Analytics, SEO, and CMS skills are preferred
  • Familiarity with social media publishing platforms; experience with True Anthem, a plus
  • A keen eye for attractive food photography and experience using Canva for graphic design work, a plus
  • Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, if needed
  • Applicants who share links of recent work (personal social, business, or portfolio) will be prioritized
