業務内容

• 広告収益の創出 – 新規・既存の広告主をダイレクト又は広告代理店と協力して開拓・維持・拡大し、OTTプラットフォーム並びにプラットフォーム外での広告パッケージの販売により収益を創出します。
• パートナーシップマネージメント– 広告代理店および主要スポンサーとの重要な戦略的関係を管理します。
• アカウント管理 - 長期的なビジネスを維持し、市場をリードするレベルのサービスを提供するために主要なアカウントを管理します。
• 収益源の開発 – 直接又はメディア代理店経由で新しいアカウントを開拓し、販売収益をもたらします。
• 社内チームのコラボレーション – 社内シニアマネージャーおよびVPに報告し、クライアントサービス、制作、戦略チームを通じて主要アカウントへのブランドコンテンツソリューションの提供を推進します。
• 付加価値 - ビジネスとビジネス関係の両方の観点から代理店と広告主に付加価値を与えるアイデアを開発します。
• キャンペーンレポート - キャンペーンの結果に責任を負い、すべての関係者にタイムリーで正確なレポートが確実に配信されるようにします。これにより、アプローチを常に進化させるための重要なラーニングと洞察をステイクホルダーにフィードバックします.

求められる経験・人物像

• 媒体社、広告代理店での5年以上のセールス又はアカウントマネージメント業務
• 広告主、広告代理店への提案営業
• 放送業界、デジタル業界、ソーシャルメディア、他媒体社での業務経験
• 特筆すべき業績と卓越した営業スキル
• 高いセルフモティベーションと野心的なチャレンジ精神
• 細部への強いこだわりと高い分析能力
• KPI、KGIに基づいた営業活動
• 対外的、社内的なコミュニケーション能力
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
