Join our dynamic Sales team at Regate, a Qonto business unit, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to revolutionize financial management for certified accountants through our all-in-one platform. You'll play a crucial role in boosting our expansion in the Spanish market, working closely with Astrid , our experienced SDR Manager , to transform Regate into a leading financial solution for Spanish businesses. The position will be based in our offices in Barcelona. 👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As an SDR at Regate, you will: - Generate and qualify leads through proactive outbound activities, aiming to book 16 validated demos per month for our Account Executives - Collaborate with our marketing team to refine lead targeting and improve overall lead quality - Conduct a high volume of calls per week , utilizing email sequencing and prospect research to maximize outreach effectiveness - Develop a deep understanding of the Spanish accounting industry and Regate's competitive landscape - Contribute to the growth of our Spanish market presence by identifying new opportunities, innovating and sharing successful strategies for client acquisition and team improvement. 🤔 What you can expect: - Join a small and dynamic Spanish team at Regate (2 AEs, 1 SDR) within a larger sales organization at Qonto, offering significant opportunity for impact and visibility - Embrace a startup mindset where your proactivity and entrepreneurial spirit will directly shape our success in an exciting, untapped market - Leverage cutting-edge technology including Hubspot CRM for seamless lead management, Notion and Slack - Become part of an international environment with over 75 nationalities spread across our offices in Paris, Milan, Barcelona, Berlin, and Belgrade. 🤝About your future manager Astrid will be your direct manager.
