The Marketing Operations Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing processes, managing our marketing stack, and ensuring seamless customer journeys for self-serve sign-ups via our website. This position requires someone who is both strategically minded and technically adept, capable of setting and tracking OKRs for the entire marketing team, and proficient in managing our main CRM, Marketo.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize and manage the marketing stack, with a strong emphasis on Marketo. This includes maintaining a clean lead database, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing new marketing automation processes.
- Work closely with the Growth team to ensure successful execution of campaigns, leveraging Marketo and other tools to track progress and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Conduct analysis of marketing campaigns, website traffic, and other key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Set OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for the marketing team in alignment with overall company goals. Track progress throughout the year and report on results to key stakeholders.
- Design and optimize the customer journey flow for self-serve sign-ups via our website. This includes identifying pain points, making recommendations for improvement, and implementing solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, sales enablement and sales) to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial touchpoint through conversion and beyond
- Work closely with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for lead generation and user experience.
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience leading B2B marketing technology with administrator-level. Proven track record in setting and achieving strategic goals. Experience in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Marketo and other marketing automation tools. Familiarity with website infrastructure and analytics tools. Understanding and experience in crafting and managing lead scoring models
- Experience working with remote teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
