We are looking for a Renewals Operations Analyst to join our Renewals Operations team, reporting to the manager of Renewals Operations. In this remote or hybrid role, you will support the strategy and execution of business operations to ensure consistency across all geographies and drive change for operational ease. Partnering closely with Sales, IT, and Finance department members, you will focus on providing key insights into the business, making data-driven recommendations, and engaging with cross-functional teams to enable business growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the ongoing evolution of processes and procedures for all geographies, including the Americas, EMEA, and APJ
  • Oversee uploading of content to Highspot, our internal microsite, for the Global Customer Development organization and facilitate content management process
  • Partner closely with Strategic Projects and Programs (SPP) on revenue operations priorities and system needs
  • Work collaboratively to document essential processes and engagement rules
  • Propel the education and awareness around Customer Development Operations processes and procedures
  • Understand and optimize the renewals experience in Salesforce and Clari
  • Develop strong partnerships with Sales, Finance, and other functional organizations and assist in educating the Renewals organization on all processes

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in an operations or reoccurring revenue role in the high-tech industry
  • Solid process and operations background
  • Experience working closely with enterprise or strategic account sales leaders in a SaaS business
  • Knowledge of the SaaS renewals cycle and process
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Clari, and Highspot
  • Analytical thinking that leads to delivering actionable recommendations from complex data

What success looks like:

After six months, you will...

  • Support common best practices and policy across all geographies
  • Establish rapport with Renewals, IT, Finance, and Revenue Operations counterparts
  • Develop enhancements to improve efficiency in the quoting process
  • Become a subject matter expert in quoting process and procedures to support complex renewal scenarios

After about a year, you will...

  • Leverage the power of analytics to provide repeatable insights into the business to improve operational efficiency
  • Identify areas of improvement to further scale for the organization
  • Refine enablement programs for consistency across all geographies

You can expect our employment offers to take many factors into consideration, including but not limited to the location of the role, internal equity, applicable past experience, individual skill set, education, and professional certifications. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position in in Washington, $76,200 - $112,300, plus corporate bonus potential.
