Content strategy: develop and execute a coherent content strategy aligned with corporate marketing objectives, including the creation of editorial calendars, the definition of content topics and formats, and the management of production workflows.
Communication strategy: contribute to the development and implementation of overall corporate communication strategies, including public relations management, online reputation management, and internal and external communication

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Write and disseminate impactful and innovative communications aimed at potential and existing customers on various external media (social media, blog, website, ads, presentations, brochures, etc.).
- Develop a content strategy for social media aimed primarily at small and medium-sized Canadian businesses, with a particular focus on entrepreneurs, finance and human resources managers.
- Plan and maintain a social media activity calendar, and create content to promote your company's expertise.
- Content marketing: use content to attract, convert and retain prospects and customers, ensuring that content is optimized for search engine optimization (SEO)
- Performance analysis: track and analyze the performance of content and marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to evaluate key metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, etc.
- Coordination with other teams: work closely with sales, product development, graphic design and project management teams to ensure alignment and consistency of messages and content across all channels.
- Respond to Google reviews, etc.
- If required, manage the production of graphic material with graphic designers/agencies when needed

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

University degree in communications, marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in social media management, marketing writing, and content creation
- Excellent writing skills in French and English (bilingualism required). These skills will be validated by a test
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs, Hootsuite. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Analytics and Wordpress (asset)
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) model (asset)
- Marketing and communication skills: solid understanding of marketing and communication principles to create effective and persuasive content
- Creativity: able to generate original and innovative ideas for marketing content, as well as finding unique angles to engage the audience and stand out from the competition
- Design skills: basic knowledge of graphic design principles and ability to work with graphic design tools can be an asset when creating visual content
- Technical skills: basic understanding of web technologies and concepts such as SEO, e-mail marketing, social media, etc.
- Good command of spoken and written French and English
