This assignment posting is for an Agency Worker opportunity with Dotdash Meredith. The Agency Worker is paid by a staffing agency employer. Agency Workers will receive a W2 from the staffing agency reporting their earnings for tax purposes.The Social Media team is looking for a Designer on a contract basis. Assignment Details: 20 hours per weekStart date: July 15End date: 6 month assignmentHourly Rate: $26-30 per hour (based on experience)Location: Remote - NYC area so has the ability to come to NYC office as needed Assignment Responsibilities:

• This person will create social-first assets for InStyle’s platforms including: Instagram [Grid, Reels & Stories], Tiktok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter etc.
• Working cross-functionally to strengthen InStyle’s visual identity on social media.
• Be abreast in specs and functionality of social platforms, trends & industry landscape.
• Photo research: Sourcing cleared images, working with photo team on curation.
• Photoshop & Video editing using Adobe and in-app features.
• Ad hoc social/art requests
• Delivering content in a timely, organized manner
• Occasional live event coverage & content capturing
• Occasional posting
