Job Description
Logitech is seeking a passionate and organized Specialist to join our dynamic User Trials Team! As a junior member, you'll play a vital role in supporting the success of our user trials, ensuring we gather valuable feedback to inform future product iterations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in user experience (UX) research, project management, and customer support, all within a fast-paced and exciting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Own and manage multiple user trials concurrently. This includes tasks like planning, scheduling, coordinating with internal stakeholders (e.g., research scientists, product managers), tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are met on time.
- Stakeholder Communication: Be the bridge between the User Trials team and other internal departments. Communicate trial objectives, progress updates, and key findings clearly and professionally. Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor while professionally setting and upholding boundaries regarding the scope of the User Trials team's support.
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for users participating in trials. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing their questions, concerns, and technical difficulties with a helpful and solution-oriented approach. Only escalate issues to internal teams after exhausting your own troubleshooting efforts and knowledge base.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Logitech's comprehensive product portfolio, including their purpose, target audience, functionalities, and how they address user pain points. Demonstrate curiosity and a proactive approach to learning about new and existing products.
Required Skills:
- Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying organized. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile) is a plus.
- Communication Champion: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences. Thrives in collaborative environments and fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interpersonal Finesse: Adept at building rapport and effectively communicating with people from various backgrounds and experience levels. Maintains a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Customer Service Savvy: Experience providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. A passion for helping others and resolving their issues efficiently is a must.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot user issues and identify root causes.
- Lifelong Learner: A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about Logitech products and the user experience (UX) research field.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with Logitech products is a plus.
