We're seeking a Technical Channels Analyst who will support the management of our dashboards and in identifying trends, correlations and inconsistencies. The ideal candidate has experience in a data analyst role using Excel, Power BI, and SQL and has strong analytical skills!

How you will achieve success:

• Deep dive data to identify trends, correlations, and inconsistencies.
• Design and measure efficiencies in reputable processes.
• Create dashboards to measure impact.
• Monitor key product indicators and determine root causes of changes in metrics.
• Assist Sr. Manager in creating business cases for process improvements.

What experiences will help you in this role:

• Required:
• 1-3 years experience in a data analyst role; proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel for data analysis and reporting, Power BI, SQL and statistical analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and optimize processes; quick learner and able to rapidly acquire and apply technical skills under tight deadlines.
• Lead the creation and management of BI tools, as well as having a thorough understanding of the BI system.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives, ability to drive processes into new technologies, think critically to solve recurring pain points with efficiency in mind, and able to learn new data portals and execute within them.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels.
• Preferred:
• 1-3 years in relevant industry.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central preferred.
