We currently have an amazing opportunity for an HR Shared Services Team Lead role in our Global Talent Operations Center (GTOC), our location strategy to deliver scaled services and consistent employee experience. This exciting new role is based in our Manila office. In this role, you will lead a fantastic team that provides top-notch HR services to the organization. You will help ensure that the team operates efficiently and effectively, adhering to established HR processes and procedures and responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner. We’ll give you the context to be effective, and the resources you’ll need to be efficient and enable you to be creative and innovative to elevate a high-performing organization.
In this role, you will:

Knowledge, Experience, And Skills Required:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience leading a team within an HR Shared Services or HR Operations environment. You will be leading a team responsible for providing HR services and operating across the APAC & EMEA time zones.
- Familiarity with Service Center technologies, such as ticket management, knowledge management, dashboards, and so on. If you have experience with Zendesk and Workday, that's a plus!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your ability to communicate effectively is absolutely essential in this role.
- Experience working in a multi-location and matrix environment. We appreciate your ability to navigate and thrive in such a setup.
- Experience in people development, coaching, and mentoring. Your skills in fostering growth, providing guidance, and mentoring others are key to this role.
- Openness to working in shifts and on holidays. Your flexibility in adapting to different work schedules is important to us.
