in.We ’ve already had successful launches at thousands of retail stores like Michaels, Joann, Hobbycraft, and Best Buy, in the US and overseas. You will unlock the next step of exponential growth and bringing Glowforge to retail stores across the country and world. Because of you, creators everywhere will have the chance to experience the magic of creation. Here's what you'll be doing We’re already working with large chains, but you’re going to step it up to the largest retailers in the world. You’ll negotiate the best possible business terms, manage win-win relationships, and drive sales past goals. - Deciding which new retailers are most promising to build partnerships with. - Keeping our existing retailers happy with how we support them. - Working with marketing, operations, finance, and engineering to drive our retail strategy. - Running a well-oiled retail machine end to end with effective meetings, CRM usage, cross-team communication, inventory management pricing strategy, and more. - Crushing our goals and forecasts, quarter after quarter. - Make Glowforge a world class retail brand! You need these qualifications - When you shop, you see your own success on the store shelf. - You have a great reputation and strong relationships throughout the retail sector. - Buyers love to work with you. - You the sales process end to end: Merchandising, operations, accounting, forecasting, relationship management, buyer engagement, training, and more. - People just naturally enjoy talking to you. - You know when to jump on a flight and connect in person vs catch up in a quick call. - You love to learn new skills and technologies. - You have a four-year degree or equivalent experience. It would be nice if... - You’re no stranger to remote work. - You have experience selling technology products, including software and/or hardware. - You love crafting and creating as much as we do. - You have worked at a startup or fast growing technology company.
