The Corporate Sales Leader is an experienced digital media sales executive with deep knowledge of the digital acquisition and omni-channel marketplace. They will be responsible for helping to lead and grow a team of strategic mid-market sellers across North America to meet customer needs and exceed the team’s revenue goals. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales, North America and will be based in Toronto or San Francisco. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader in the digital media space with exceptional people management skills and a clear point of view. The ideal candidate is humble, respected by subordinates, colleagues, and customers, and has a fun personality. They are a player-coach, that will foster strong sales fundamentals while developing and implementing creative sales strategies. Your goal will be to provide ideal solutions for customers and build deep, lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

    • Execute and evolve a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Quantcast's growth objectives, focusing on new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
    • Set goals and impactful metrics required to attain the company’s revenue targets and hold sellers accountable to meet/exceed both.
    • Lead & evaluate team performance metrics, and deliver mentoring and feedback promptly to keep individuals and teams on track.
    • Forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting of the team’s revenue.
    • You will tackle cross-functional projects and demonstrate leadership within the organization.
    • Partner with internal account management and ad operations to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Build an intimate understanding of Quantcast products and their place in the industry.

Requirements:

    • 10 years in ad tech/digital advertising sales with a minimum of 5 years leading a successful sales team.
    • Experienced in implementing sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
    • Deep understanding of the fundamentals of online advertising processes and technology.
    • Strong sales, recruiting, leadership, organizing, and planning skills to manage a team.
    • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Hunter mentality, perseverance, and the ability to think on your feet.
    • Highly motivated and flexible individual with a proven ability to set and attain aggressive goals and drive projects to successful and timely delivery.
    • Experience using Google Suite, Salesforce, and Gong desired.
