ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for NPI Engineer to be responsible for leading NPI projects from concept stage to production The position combines working with multiple interfaces across the company, creativity, multitasking and being independent

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    • Support and communicate with all the organization levels to create and update new part numbers and BOM.
    • Providing engineering support for group of products after launch and sustaining lifecycles, supporting EMS and resolving factory engineering issues
    • Defining & creating of production file content: Item data, BOMs, drawing, specifications, labels, packaging, and instructions.
    • Managing the product related Engineering Change (ECOs) across product lifecycles at global level, implementing ECOs and technical writing of work Instructions.
    • Evaluate technical feasibility, cost and excess and obsolete impacts for every ECOs.
    • ECO follow up from concept to implementation.
    • Drive corrective Action in response to product quality issues or process failures.
    • Review and validate alternative materials/components together with engineering team.

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE

    • Bachelor ́s degree or higher in Engineering or a combination of experience in related fields.
    • Deep knowledge of industrial components and materials.
    • + 3 years related experience as NPI, Product Engineer and/or similar experience in mechanics- electronics based company.
    • Ability to manipulate CAD SW for 3D drawing visualization.
    • Experience in ECOs changes
    • Knowledge on PDM and Agile
    • System wide view, quality improvement competencies and can resolve DFM aspects.
    • High proficiency in English language is a must.
    • Ability to read/interpretate mechanical/pneumatical drawings and electrical diagrams.
    • Knowledge in cost, quality, and performance of products
    • Great communication skills, written and verbal.
    • Detailed oriented.
    • Ability to collaborate and communicate with various departments.
    • Good Problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize its own time according to workload.
    • Knowledge in automation solutions is a plus.
