Mission: Join us as a Lead Product Manager for our Fraud & Compliance Cross-functional team. Your mission will be to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions to combat financial fraud, ensuring our customers' transactions are secure. Leveraging your expertise in fraud prevention and stakeholder management, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing Qonto's product offerings and safeguarding our customers' trust. 👩💻🧑💻
As a Lead Product Manager (Fraud & Compliance) at Qonto, you will: • Accompany your team of Product Managers to
strategize and execute our fraud prevention strategy, focusing on areas such as transaction monitoring, AML, and scam detection, to protect our customers' financial interests. •
Collaborate extensively with Risk and Compliance teams to align our fraud prevention strategies with Qonto’s broader objectives and compliance requirements. •
Oversee the entire product lifecycle within the fraud prevention domain , from threat identification to the deployment and enhancement of safeguards. •
Recruit, mentor, and support new team members , creating a culture of continuous improvement and specialized expertise in fraud prevention. 🤔

About your future manager: Quentin brings a wealth of knowledge and international experience in banking, having worked in New York and Malaysia before leading our Customer Lifecycle product domain at Qonto. Known for his forward-thinking approach, He is committed to fostering innovation and nurturing talent within the product management team. 🏅
About You: • Deep expertise in fraud prevention, including knowledge of transaction monitoring, AML, scams, and risk management, along with an understanding of the regulatory environment. • Experience leading product teams, particularly in tech or fintech, with a successful track record in developing and implementing anti-fraud measures. • Strong stakeholder management abilities, capable of promoting collaboration across various departments to drive success in fraud prevention initiatives. • A commitment to nurturing talent, with a focus on building a team that possesses specialized knowledge in fraud prevention. • A growth mindset, always seeking innovative ways to enhance fraud detection and prevention efforts, ensuring Qonto remains a secure and trusted platform.
