Project Manager

The opportunity:

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting project management efforts for the delivery of ERP Products and Services within the ICS in Bratislava. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of ERP/SAP projects, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the achievement of milestones and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the deployment of ERP solutions within GXP and SOX compliant systems, ensuring adherence to regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate harmoniously with multiple teams across our matrixed organization, facilitating connections between technical and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Benefit from your exposure to IT delivery, assisting and learning from teams across project lifecycles, contributing to the execution of complex IT projects.
  • Apply your understanding of software development models to assess project needs and aid in selecting suitable methodologies, whether traditional or agile, to attain favorable project outcomes.
  • Analyze project intricacies, helping to decide on methodology application, while continuously adapting strategies for improved efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of ongoing improvement by suggesting refinements to processes, methodologies, and best practices based on industry trends and past project experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering communication, knowledge sharing, and alignment in pursuit of project milestones and goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
  • Possess a 2-3 years of experience in project management roles
  • Have exposure to and experience in working within iterative or agile-like environments, including team management.
  • Have experience collaborating with multiple teams in a matrixed organizational structure to implement solutions.
  • Show autonomy in preparing and organizing teams for project execution, project budgeting and planning.
  • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to facilitate discussions, present ideas clearly, and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive and adaptable and analytical mindset, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role offers a valuable opportunity to grow your project management skills within the SAP domain, contribute to the success of ERP projects, and develop collaborative relationships with various stakeholders. Your ability to support project delivery, foster agile practices, and contribute to the improvement of processes will be key to achieving quality outcomes in the Innovation Capability Solutions organization.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Pharmaceutical Experience: Preferred for understanding industry nuances.
  • Domain Expertise: Life Sciences or Social Sciences proficiency.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with FDA cGMP/GLP regulations.
  • ERP/SAP functional expertise in supply chain area
  • Agile Skills: Agile and Scrum experience a plus.

Compensation

Salary

As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 2200 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience

Annual Bonus

Employees have the opportunity to earn an annual bonus based on company, business unit, and individual performance.
