Job Location: 100 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10013 Note: Company “Hybrid” work attendance policy: In-office work attendance required at the aforementioned office address for collaboration days based on each team’s requirement; telecommuting / working from home is permissible for remainder of the same month. Duties: Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to support the development of strategic recommendations and business cases for the company. Evaluate and help drive potential organizational enhancements - these include improvement to our operating model, processes, systems and components. Manage workstreams (at times, on multiple projects) to bring business initiatives with high levels of complexity to fruition. Generate ideas, develop strategy, scope, plan and manage projects including (among other opportunities) evaluating the company’s operating model. Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Finance, Business, or Mathematics, or related field plus 2 years of strategic work experience within investment management, management consulting or investment banking, or related experience. Skills required: Must have experience with analyzing, identifying, and developing solutions to facilitate completion of investment management projects across multiple asset classes and regions using qualitative and quantitative approaches. Must have experience with project management and working cross-functionally with various teams to build consensus to deliver large scale and time sensitive projects. Must have experience with researching and gathering competitive intelligence regarding competitor products, operating models, industry participants, and market microstructure. Must have experience with crafting presentation materials (e.g., business cases) and delivering presentations to stakeholder groups including the firm’s business leaders. Must have experience with communicating project priorities, issues, and status with cross-functional teams with varying levels of seniority. Must have experience with conducting stakeholder interviews, performing root cause analysis, evaluating current state, and conducting gap analyses for operational future state. Must have experience with analyzing complex operating models and identifying potential enhancements that would result in operational efficiency, cost savings and/or improved performance. Must have experience with managing workstreams, at times on multiple projects at the same time. Must have demonstrated knowledge of operating models leveraged by capital markets participants. Must have experience with workspace tools, including Google Workspace (also known as G Suite) and Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Must pass company’s required skills assessment. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills. The base pay for this role will be between $125,000 and $225,000 per year. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans and 401(k) contributions. Discretionary bonus can be a significant portion of total compensation. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience. #LI-DNI
