    • Coach and advise internal stakeholders on emerging talent recruiting strategies, processes, and best practices
    • Network and maintain student relationships at key institutions that support and promote the advancement of traditionally underrepresented students
    • Develop university recruiting strategies that include identifying which schools we focus on based on degree programs that align with desired skillsets
    • Create and execute engaging virtual events for early-in-career individuals to increase interest in Netflix, our brand, and the work our teams do
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends within the early career recruiting landscape
    • Leverage talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate internal stakeholders on where to recruit emerging talent to ensure a representative pool
    • Understand our broader business and be able to answer questions around Netflix's strategy, goals, and culture
    • Play a role in developing internship and new grad experiences, from pre-start engagement to programming dedicated to onboarding, learning & development, and cohort building

You are:

    • Passionate about emerging talent and have previous experience working with this talent pool
    • A relationship builder who is able to nurture long-term relationships with students, key internal stakeholders, university professors, and career services
    • Obsessed with the candidate's experience and will go above and beyond to set students up for success
    • Student-centric in your approach and passionate about coaching and advising candidates through difficult decisions
    • A strong written and verbal communicator who enjoys creating and facilitating presentations, webinars, and additional experiential touchpoints with emerging talent
    • Curious - with the drive to research student market trends and the ability to translate back to the business
    • Comfortable managing large pipelines of candidates for multiple years
    • Energized by an ambiguous, ever-changing, fast-paced environment; are a natural problem solver and have an entrepreneurial mindset
    • A leader who will offer innovative and constructive ideas to challenge the status quo
    • Self-motivated and directed; collaborating is a must, but you will be autonomous and expected to succeed without a ton of direction
    • Proactive; taking initiative and follow through is a must
    • Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple, tight deadlines

Required experience:

    • 5+ years experience working in Emerging Talent as a Recruiter or Program Manager
