About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and strategic thinker who loves technology and entertainment for the position of Project Management Intern, Marketing.

The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with a head for process, a pragmatic, strategic approach to problem solving and self-starter attitude. They will be non-political, with the ability to work with stakeholders across different business and functional teams. They will work quickly to understand priorities, develop and communicate a plan, prioritize appropriately, and deliver commitments on time. They will lead successful execution by tracking key dates and critical dependencies, working effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and geographies, identifying and managing risks, and driving processes.

What You'll be Doing

  • Own the creation of documentation for the US-International Hand-off for Packaging and GTM to include formalized process and procedure on the team Confluence space along with identifying and developing forms and templates to ensure easy adoption.
  • Work with Creative Resource Program Manager to refine our capacity planning system for all of the areas of Account Growth Marketing that can be utilized for annual headcount planning.
  • Drive collaboration across multiple development areas to ensure alignment on priorities of the many campaigns and projects requested from marketing. Including drafting project plans, confirming resource availability, calendaring, regular project status communications, and submitting requests in the team task management system.

We’re Excited if You Have

  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
  • Skilled communicator with good verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. Ability to succinctly communicate and facilitate project discussions.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish. Must work well with little oversight, but also be aware of when/how to ask for assistance from senior team members or flag risks that need addressed.
  • Keen prioritization skills and an ability to stay calm under pressure. Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience with task-tracking systems, project management software and web management a plus.
