The Opportunity

The main responsibility of SAP Authorization Security Engineer is to ensure SAP security and authorization services are provided in time, with expected high level of quality and high degree of customer satisfaction. Drive the security and authorization of service operations by monitoring, advising and bringing expertise in defining service management for ERP support in area of security and authorization, making Product Services more agile, product centric and delivering service excellence. Partner with peers in the Operating Excellence, Platform and Architectural Services lines to drive continuous improvements of service processes, user experiences, infrastructure and application optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Accountable for designing, developing, troubleshooting, reviewing, deploying and maintaining ERP Security and Authorization services.

· Ensure all Security and Authorization deliverables are aligned to the BPR (Business Process Redesign) program [global template standards] with regards to an aligned and streamlined role development execution; ensuring that security and authorization standards are followed.

· Execute necessary requirements to ensure that the ERP environment delivers high-quality user experiences and security and authorization services on a consistent and supportable global platform.

· Support product developments, ensure all security and authorization deliverables are in alignment with the release management planning and Country deployments whilst guarding the technical architecture and landscape management.

· Drive the development of the product services in areas of accountability by monitoring, advising and bringing expertise in service management to ensure that Product Services is acting more agile, product centric and providing service excellence.

· Participate in the execution and deployment of continuous improvements for the area of responsibility.

· Ensure that IT Service Management for Delivery Service meet the Service Level Agreements agreed with the stakeholders.

· Ensure that the IT environment meets all applicable regulatory, quality, legal, and compliance requirements - including licensing of software and data protection acts (DPA, GDPR, etc.).

· Ensure all development is delivered in accordance with all applicable compliance requirements, e.g. JSOX, GxP.

Skills and Qualifications:

Min. 3 - 5 years of IT work experience

· At least 2-3 years of technical experience in SAP Security and Authorization solution area.

· Solution expertise in multiple SAP solution areas.

· Troubleshooting SAP security problems by using different scenarios such as system trace, knowledge of all SAP Security SE16 relevant tables and other SAP security transactions in order to find system security problems.

· Worked with functional experts and business process owners and to get business process been correctly reflected in security model.

· Experience in SOLMAN - movement of authorization changes through various landscapes

· Experience in various GRC Suites (configuring, maintained and utilization) for compliance and security purposed a strong plus.

· Security and Authorization experience, including role design, development, assignment, and delivery for full lifecycle implementations for major application implementation; from project initiation till handover to operations.

· Capable of understanding and designing of the security and authorization solution from requirements gathering, technical design through to role creation and assignment level and promoting up through the SAP landscape ensuring compliance to all deployment and regulatory standards.

· Communication – ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive and appropriate manner.

· Data Management – ability to utilize data collection, analysis, maintenance application and refinement methods to make fact based decisions.

· Analytical Skills – ability to analyze a wide variety of data and make appropriate decisions.

Salary

As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 3 300 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
