About the role:

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers with any issue.

What you’ll be doing

• As a Technical Support Engineer your responsibilities include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
• You will use our JSD ticketing system to give customers quick answers to IT issues.
  Ultimately, you will be a person our customers trust.
• They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.

We’re excited if you have

• 4+ years in a Desktop/helpdesk support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 & MacOS
• Experience with Office 365/MS Exchange & Azure Active Directory
• Experience with Intune / Azure AD and JAMF
• Experience with Conference Room Equipment ideally Cisco
• Experience with Linux OS’s preferable Ubuntu
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and various networking protocols (DNS, NAT, IPSec, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, SNMP, NFS)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work/learn as part of a team
• Experience working in a challenging and fast paced environment, must work well under sustained pressure, be self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, can-do attitude, urgency, and drive
• Ability to work on tasks, and projects with minimum supervision
