In this internship, you will immerse yourself in the core of our operations, actively engaging with critical tasks such as order creation, load building, appointment scheduling, shipment activation, and the tracking and tracing of shipments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support the validation and accuracy checks of load data within our systems
• Monitor load boards and assist in managing email communications to address requests from customers and carriers
• Learn and apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to effectively participate in operational activities, aiming to meet service level expectations
• Document milestone events and assist in gathering and communicating information for problem resolution
• Engage with internal/external customers under guidance, assisting in recognizing service issues and contributing to customer-focused solutions
• Assist in managing customer interactions by addressing requests, welcoming feedback, and contributing to the discussion on service improvements
• Offer suggestions for improving operations, while gaining an understanding of the tools and resources that boost efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• High School diploma or GED
• Site Specific: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)

Preferred:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
• Previous customer service experience
• Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
• Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
