As a Sr. Director Product Management, you will support our product strategy for the core HCM domain, working closely with internal partners, clients and subject matter experts on designing features and influencing our overall product strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

• Help define the product strategy for the Next Gen HCM Global HR product offering.
• Work closely with our clients to identify opportunities for innovation and translate desired business outcomes into technology solutions.
• Collaborate with your development and UX partners on designing, developing and testing platform features.
• Define measurable goals and track their outcomes.
• Actively stay abreast of changes in the HR technology landscape to help us strategize our roadmap for the broader product portfolio and continue to be the thought leader in the HR technology space.
• Partner with the Marketing, Sales and Services teams on the development of product positioning and demo design to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
• Manage a team of product owners responsible for translating conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that can be implemented by developers.
• Provide coaching and/or training sessions to help our clients with the adoption of technological solutions.
• Experience. You have 15+ years of overall in the same or similar Product Management role, and you also have experience as a Product Leader in a Fortune 500 organization leveraging/implementing solutions like ADP, Workday, Oracle or SuccessFactors.

Preference for the following qualifications:

• Experience as an Executive Product Strategy Leader in a Fortune 500 organization, designing human capital management product solutions from scratch. Having experience in product suites such as ADP HCM Suite, Workday, Oracle or SuccessFactors.
• Passion and proven experience as a People Leader.
• Experience in agile fast paced development environments.
• Understanding of low-code development platforms.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $119900 - $321390/Year

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
