PRIMARY FUNCTION
The incumbent is to support the TR APAC Tom Ford/Darphin/Kilian cluster to achieve brand business objectives through product marketing and consumer engagement strategies to drive 360 go to market plans. This position will be a core support to the Marketing team, being responsible for managing regular reporting and marketing operations.
Product Marketing
• Manage assortment by channel and by door for new product launches and existing line-up to ensure productivity in both offline and online channels
• Responsible to manage assortment matrix accurately
• Support forecasting of new product launch, GWP and collaterals with clear analysis and communication with TR WW demand planner for both offline and online channels
• Support regular pricing template submissions and manage price change requests so that price lists are generated accurately to support sell-in
• Support order/stocks related conversation with supply chain partners when required
• Lead communication of product marketing calendar, program/launches updates to sub-region in a timely manner
• Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet their needs – Sales Teams, Visual Merchandising Team, TR WW Marketing team
• Maintain accurate marketing files – Marketing calendar, Assortment file, Gravity calendar etc.
• Responsible to track business performance through sell-in/sell-out analysis to drive forecast accuracy
Digital (E-commerce & Consumer Engagement)
• Partner closely with IM team and Sales Team to manage all new online door openings
• Support all product related conversations during omni-channel campaigns (HPP/Livestreaming)
• Support Marketing Manager on new paid media platform approval via gathering information from Media Agency and coordinate with Global
• Support all creative requests for assets/content copy creations for brand’s paid media/social media campaigns
• Review sub-region OOH request, and submit placement approval templates to Global Comms teams to get placements approval on time for execution
• Manage livestreaming product/tester/VM preparation file and liaise with Sales team and agency to ensure smooth execution
• Support on regular TRDM management to ensure pre-order sites are accurately maintained
• Support ad-hoc digital related projects assigned
Marketing Operations/Reporting
• Manage store TV specs Masterfile, prepare on-counter/OOH/HPP videos request to Global, and communication to Field Visual Merchandising team for execution
• Lead sub-regions collateral and signages production
• Be responsible of PO creations and GR
• Pull data for monthly and YTD sales report
• Support gathering of data and analysis for post-campaign reporting
• Collect key competitor new launch and key communications for Monthly Report
• Organize and coordinate meetings for regular team meetings e.g. ASOM call
• Support team on any ad-hoc presentations/meetings/events preparation e.g. CICPE, SCM, VIP visit
REQUIREMENT
We are looking for a meticulous, highly organized, independent and logical individual who can perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. He/She should demonstrate ability to be agile with strong self-motivation.
