About the job: As a Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing for EMEA & APJ , and be responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic co-marketing initiatives in collaboration with our key partners. As a crucial link between our company and our partners, you will play a central role in shaping and implementing co-marketing programs, fostering partner relationships, and maximizing mutual growth opportunities.

💻 What You'll Do

• Craft the EMEA Partner Marketing plan aligned with local marketing and partner sales teams.
• Serve as the main interface between the marketing & partner sales teams in EMEA.
• Develop and drive joint marketing plans with our Partners based on market trends, and the needs of our partners, customers, and Contentsquare marketing team needs.
• Build relationships with regional marketing teams to build and execute joint marketing plans (events, webinars, digital campaigns, content) aligning with our strategic priorities and sales objectives.
• Work hand-in-hand with local content managers to create captivating marketing materials tailored to our partners' unique needs and preferences.
• Organize and/or Support Regional Leaders and Regional Partner Managers to champion Contentsquare's presence at partner events and activities, maximizing our exposure and impact.
• Collaborate with local content managers and Customer Experience Teams to develop the creation of case studies, highlighting the value of Contentsquare and the partner
• Partner with legal, marketing and partner teams to create, negotiate, and finalize co-marketing and partner event sponsorship agreements (eg. for CX Circle, Champagne Breakfasts, etc.)
• Mid Term : Build and execute an MDF/PDF programme across Managed partners.
• Provide regular reports on the performance of partner marketing activities, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.

🎯 What you will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in partner marketing or a related field, preferably at a SaaS business.
• Understanding the B2B software sales cycle and utilizing partners to nurture leads, progress opportunities, and expedite closures.
• Familiarity with ... marketing platforms and ...CRM... systems
• Demonstrated analytical proficiency, capable of evaluating opportunities and determining the ROI and advantages of programs and investments.
• Familiarity with partner sales channels, including training and incentives, is highly advantageous.
