Job Description

Articulate is looking for a Senior DEIA Program Director to join our amazing company. As Senior DEIA Program Director, you will oversee the effectiveness of current and new DEIA initiatives across the employee lifecycle, provide strategic guidance and development opportunities to our ERG Leadership, and lead a cross-functional collaboration to implement and monitor a product inclusion and equity strategy. The role will report to the Chief Diversity and Impact Officer and will partner to build, measure, and sustain evidence-based strategies that grow our high-performing, human-centered organization, which is accountable to building an inclusive and equitable work culture.

What you'll do:

    • Leverage data to collaborate on the design of annual DEIA goals and strategic plans in alignment with Articulate’s business strategy and objectives
    • Provide quantitative and qualitative insights on the impact of DEIA initiatives to department leads and in relevant departmental meetings
    • Develop and manage close collaborations with People Team to implement and measure effectiveness of evidence-base, equitable practices across the talent-life cycle
    • Collaborate with cross-functional team to design, implement, and monitor a product inclusion and equity strategy
    • Provide strategic guidance and leadership development support to Articulate’s 7 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
    • Participate in external DEIA related events and advisory groups to understand trends and opportunities for Articulate

What you should have:

    • 5+ years experience as a Senior Diversity Leader in a high-growth, product-led company
    • Excellent understanding of digital accessibility and track record implementing inclusive design principles
    • Experience leading cross-functional team in the area of product inclusion and equity
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to develop and execute evidence-based strategies
    • Experience leveraging corporate, market, and research-validated data to develop and operationalize strategies
    • Working knowledge of legal landscape of DEIA policies and practices
    • Demonstrated experience leading change management initiatives
    • Passion for both strategy building and being in the weeds of tactics and operations
$150,200 - $225,200 a year The pay range for this position is $150,200 to $225,200 for all US locations. Articulate takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
