The Role OpenData Clinical will provide reference data on all investigators and research sites for clinical globally. As the Senior Manager Agile Operations, you will be the go-to person for all questions about the data operations regarding OpenData Clinical. You will interface with product management, central data operations, software engineering, data science, data governance, and quality control teams. To thrive in your role, you must combine an analytical mind with servant leadership. You are familiar with establishing and continuously improving processes while enabling teams to go above and beyond. You work agile with a high degree of autonomy to drive customer success. You communicate effectively with stakeholders and can deliver high-quality results within a tough timeline. You are eager to learn about data. What You'll Do

• Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
• Establish and continuously optimize processes
• Manage your team’s performance by leveraging KPIs such as efficiency and quality
• Ensure high data quality and drive quality improvement initiatives by, e.g., use of root cause analysis
• Develop and manage budgets for projects and be accountable for delivering against business goals/objectives
• Cross-collaboration with other internal teams to ensure customer success

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
• High degree of autonomy and agility and a proven track record of delivering customer success
• Experience in developing scalable processes and fostering best practices
• Experienced people manager with a proven track record of building dynamic and high-performing teams

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree, MBA, or PhD in Life Sciences
• Professional background in operations or consulting
• Exposure to software or life science industry
