Robinson is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to play a pivotal part in in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and identifying opportunities for customer-centric enhancements. Responsibilities:

• Adapt applications, reporting, and analysis based on feedback
• Play an integral role in external stakeholder interactions by engaging in routine business reviews, sales calls, or consultations
• Maintain a standardized library of reporting and analysis for current and future business applications
• Collaborate with internal analytical teams to contribute to the development of predictive solutions
• Partner with and assist internal departments in understanding the drivers of trends and the impact of business changes
• Document and update project-related plans, process flows, and metrics
• Communicate project progress and escalate needs when necessary
• Foster a positive working relationship for all team members
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization
• Logistics and supply-chain experience
• Experience with data visualization tools, including, Power BI, and Tableau
• Experience with data/financial analysis for a sales or operations organization
• Familiarity with Python, R, or similar programming languages
• Positive, collaborative working style
• Effective and flexible communication skills
• Embraces entrepreneurial spirit in work through recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities
• Organized individual with self and project management disciplines
• Values a diverse and inclusive work environment

Compensation Range
