Reporting into the Director of Global Talent Operations, the Emerging Talent Acquisition Specialist will create, execute and iterate our recently launched global campus recruitment strategy. In this role, you will work closely with our Global Talent team to identify strategic pipelines to attract and engage talent, and serve as an expert to our hiring leaders, advising on the best ways to introduce and engage ‘emerging’ talent. You will also leverage data to identify the best institutions to build our future talent pipelines and play a key role building diverse pipelines of talent to enable our global DEI strategy.

What you’ll do:

    • Responsible for recruiting our interns and apprentices across both Product House and Business teams globally
    • Collaborate with our Talent Operations team, our broader Talent Acquisition team, and DEI team to deliver both a hiring and program management plan that achieves all of our goals
    • Contribute to our DE&I goals by identifying and engaging talent from underrepresented groups and non-traditional sources
    • Organise, host and coordinate external, virtual and in-house events
    • Play an integral role in the execution of special campus projects including but not limited to employee campus referral program, social media campaign, internship and apprenticeship programs, and post event communication with recruits
    • Possess a working knowledge of the policies governing university recruiting delivery & programs, and will leverage these policies when partnering with the business
    • Build and grow working partnership with leadership at strategically targeted schools, to improve Contentsquare’s on-campus employer brand
    • Support our Global Director of Talent Operations in allocating and managing our allocated recruitment events & partnerships budgets

What you’ll need to succeed:

    • Proven track record of exceptional performance as a Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably with intern and apprentice hiring
    • Experience working with educational institutions and building relationships with external vendors
    • Strong organisational and project management skills
    • Outstanding communication skills, communication style is open and transparent
    • Ability to work autonomously to achieve your own goals, but you get your energy from a team that fosters sharing, new ideas and innovation
    • Passion for technology and creating new and exciting programmes from scratch
    • Exceptional interpersonal relationship building skills, and a genuine passion for what we do
    • French language skills a plus
    • Infrequent travel will be required; must be able to work from the NYC office 2x a week
For NYC: Annual base salary range of $80,000 - 90,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. More details about our company benefits can be found below.
