The opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager preferably with a strong background in SAP deployment within GXP and SOX compliant systems. As a pivotal member of our ICS team, you will play a critical role in driving the successful implementation of solutions across our matrixed organization. A key aspect of the role will be managing consulting partners and supporting SAP project decisions for delivery of technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end deployment of SAP solutions within GXP and SOX compliant systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with multiple teams across our matrixed organization, acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders to deliver integrated and impactful solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance to project teams and partners, ensuring consistency in implementation of the selected methodology, as required to fullfil the process, and quality standards.
  • Leverage your extensive IT delivery experience to guide and mentor teams throughout the project lifecycle, facilitating smooth execution and delivery of complex IT projects.
  • Monitor and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation and resolution strategies as needed.
  • Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving the refinement of processes, methodologies, and best practices based on evolving industry trends and lessons learned from past projects.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication, knowledge sharing, and alignment to achieve project milestones and goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
  • Proven experience with SAP deployment within GXP and SOX compliant systems OR a minimum of 5 years of hands-on PM experience, demonstrating a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects.
  • Strong proficiency in collaborating with multiple teams within a matrixed organization to drive successful solution implementations.
  • A deep understanding of various software development models, along with the ability to effectively apply both traditional and agile project methodologies based on project context.
  • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to facilitate discussions, present ideas clearly, and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with SAP deployment within GXP and SOX compliant systems.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with FDA cGMP/GLP regulations.
  • SAP S/4HANA Experience
  • SAP Activate, PMP or PRINCE2 certification
  • Agile Skills: Agile and Scrum experience a plus.

Compensation

Salary

As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 3500 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience

Annual Bonus

Employees have the opportunity to earn an annual bonus based on company, business unit, and individual performance.
