Members can play, pause, and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time. The Opportunity We are at a very exciting stage of evolution at Netflix. With the growth in employee population, lines of business, geo-diversity, and heterogeneity of the workforce, it is imperative that the Talent function evolves accordingly, to shape and support this progress. One of the most critical parts of this evolution is the foundation upon which we can scale personalized and inclusive experiences for the workforce. The Talent Experience Operations (TEO) team is primarily responsible for developing this ecosystem. The broad composition of the team includes Lifecycle operations (all workflows across the candidate, employee and contingent talent journey), Data and Analytics, Technology strategy, and Global Programs like Benefits, Mobility, Employee Health, Accessibility, etc. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to partner with the VP of Talent Experience Operations (TEO) and help drive the holistic strategy forward with the TEO global leadership team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

This includes the approach to bringing the team along on the overall vision, communications cascade for strategy and priorities, varied engagement plans for different cohorts of the team, intentional travel itineraries, etc.
- Almost everything that TEO does is in partnership with teams within and outside of Talent. You will help in managing and navigating that complex matrix in a thoughtful and intentional manner. This includes proactive maintenance of a high-volume, complex calendar, screening and scheduling meeting requests, coordinating with multiple parties across multiple time zones, etc.
- You will participate in a number of forums where you will help manage and optimize the agenda, synthesize the various points of view, and help leadership organize towards decisions and follow up actions. Your own informed points of view will also add to the value of these forums.
- With an eye towards continuous improvement, you will constantly monitor both the culture and the inner functioning of TEO, make informed recommendations, and then own, co-own, or contribute to the actions that we take in this regard. While this will tap into your core skills like project management, event and logistics management, etc., it will highly depend upon your familiarity and relationships with the people and processes within the team.
- Through your relationships and network with other EAs and AAs across Netflix, you will bring best practices from other parts of the company to improve TEO and vice versa.
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in effective executive partnership, beyond the baseline administrative assistance
- Demonstrated impact in taking initiative and ownership in driving solutions related to org engagement effectiveness for senior leadership role(s)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace preferred: Gmail, GCalendar, Docs, Groups, Spreadsheets
- Integrity when supporting and navigating nuanced or sensitive matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
