Utilize company's mission and Customer Experience Domain (CXD) vision creating world-class experiences; probe and understand business processes; translate requirements into analytical framework to derive solutions; leverage big data platforms and programming skills to access and prepare data for analytical consumption; lead and execute diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to support data-driven business decision making; research and implement advanced Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) solutions; prepare and deliver insight presentations and action recommendations; communicate complex analytical findings and implications to business leaders; serve as analytics expert on cross functional teams for large strategic initiatives and contribute to the growth of the company's analytic community; utilize understanding and compliance with company’s model governance policies and procedures. Company operates on hybrid model with three days in office and work-from-home available two days.

Requirements:

Requires Master’s in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or closely related quantitative field and two years of experience in job offered or in IT position(s) including Manager (Band Level C1) - Digital Solution Center; or Bachelor’s and five years of experience. Background in education, training or experience must include Machine Learning algorithms and packages including Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, Neural Network, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Statistics and Regression, Time Series; Python, SQL, Big Data access and wrangling, data analysis, and business process analysis.
