The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded ERP Program Manager to lead our ERP initiatives and drive transformational change within our organization. As the ERP Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple interconnected projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing the utilization of resources. If you are a seasoned leader with a proven track record in managing complex Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programs, we encourage you to apply.
A key aspect of the role will be managing consulting partners and business stakeholders supporting ERP project decisions for delivery of technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall ERP program, including the coordination of multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive program strategy, including goals, objectives, scope, timeline, and resource allocation, in alignment with the organization's strategic vision.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure program goals align with business strategies and drive value creation.
- Provide strategic guidance to project managers and teams, ensuring consistency in methodologies, processes, and quality standards across all program projects.
- Establish and maintain program governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and communication channels to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Monitor and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation and resolution strategies as needed.
- Oversee program budgets and report on financial performance
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, encouraging cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing among program stakeholders.
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations across different organizational levels.
- Provide executive-level reporting on program progress, key milestones, risks, and achievements.
- Develop and manage change control processes for GXP and SOX delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by conducting program reviews, identifying lessons learned, and implementing process enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in project and program management, with a strong focus on leading digital transformations.
- Proven success in managing large-scale, complex digital transformation programs from initiation to delivery.
- PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project/program management certifications are highly desirable.
- Understanding of ERP and/or Supply Chain systems, different implementation methodologies is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, change management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across various organizational levels.
- High level of adaptability and comfort in navigating ambiguity and change.
Desired Qualifications:
- Pharmaceutical Experience: Preferred for understanding industry nuances.
- Domain Expertise: Life Sciences or Social Sciences proficiency.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with FDA cGMP/GLP regulations.
- SAP S/4HANA Experience and exposure to SAP and Supply chain implementation projects
- Demonstrated experience in managing program budgets and financial aspects.

Compensation
Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 3500 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience
Annual Bonus
Employees have the opportunity to earn an annual bonus based on company, business unit, and individual performance.
