Join Us As a member of the Commercial team, you’ll report to the Head of Growth & Enterprise Marketing and work closely with the marketing, sales, and client success teams. The Event Marketing Manager will execute both our conference and hosted event strategy with the goal of building and accelerating a pipeline of opportunities while enhancing the Big Health brand. Our ideal candidate has experience in event operations, contract negotiation, budgeting, and managing cross-functional partner relations. This is a great opportunity to refine and scale our existing conference strategy to drive revenue growth for Big Health.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute Big Health's conference and hosted events strategy.
- Establish event KPIs and recommend optimizations for the performance of our event strategy.
- Negotiate trade show sponsorships, booth placements, and identify additional opportunities for increased brand exposure.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, trade show management, and regional organizations to facilitate brand and business growth.
- Develop creative briefs for the internal content and campaigns team to produce materials supporting events and meetings.
- Oversee content, positioning, and speaker preparation for in-person and virtual events.
- Lead business development and sales pre- and post-outreach strategy for events.
- Manage, own, and report on event budgets.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Management.
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing, client service, or project management experience. Preferably, experience in event management and/or start-ups.
- Experience with event operations, contract negotiation, budgeting, and cross-functional partner relations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines, and effectively communicating across teams.
- Strong communication, organizational skills and attention to detail with multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and marketing software (e.g., Monday, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines within a team environment.

$90,000 - $125,000 a year Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Additional compensation may include benefits, variable pay, discretionary bonuses and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
