About the role:

The Territory Business Manager – San Francisco, CA will drive Immunology sales growth through execution of sales strategies. Collaborate with Regional Business Director and multiple customer-facing team members to ensure patients are supported through their Primary Immunodeficiency journey. Promote demand generation efforts through a focus on healthcare professionals. The HCPs are educated and informed on Takeda brands: GAMMAGARD, HYQVIA and CUVITRU for Primary Immune Disease patients. You will report to the Senior Regional Business Director.

How you will contribute:

  • Conduct physician engagements on weekdays, evenings, and weekends including the execution of Peer-to-Peer programming.
  • Requirement to support conventions and meetings supporting Immunology. Up to 70% Travel Required – Overnights required.
  • Participate in a culture that puts the patient at the center of all that we do.
  • We ask that you are available for daytime, as well as, evening and weekend activities, and the ability to manage through the complexity of the IG marketplace (distribution, site of care).
  • You will work with third-party specialty pharmacies to ensure patients receive access to therapy.
  • You will be asked to compliantly adhere to all policies and guidelines and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and exudes Takeda culture and values.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful relevant healthcare sales experience including roles of increasing responsibility is required
  • Experience with customer relationship management
  • Clinical sales background
  • Work across multiple organizational functions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customers motivations and needs.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strong knowledge of sales processes.
  • You are required to live in the Territory.

Base Salary Range: $ 133,600 to $ 167,000 based on candidate professional experience level. Employees may also be eligible for Short-term and Long-Term Incentive benefits as well. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program and Paid Volunteer Time Off. The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.
