ABM Customer Program Manager
What You'll Do
In this role, you will lead cross functional and cross organizational teams to plan and deliver strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Stand up new ABM projects, leading teams to define and execute project plan deliverables, milestones, risks and dependencies.
Anticipate bottlenecks, identify contingencies, and provide escalation management throughout the program lifecycle.
Ensure consistency & quality of communications to your team, partnering teams, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Facilitate program team meetings, publishing notes and action items to team members, ensuring accountability and completion to plan
Seek continuous improvement via retrospectives, incorporating lessons learned into the PMO playbook.

You are a strategic thinker who can frame complex ideas in simple ways and understand what it takes to bring an idea/concept from theory to execution in the real world.
Minimum Qualifications
BS Degree
10+ years of program management experience
ABM customer programs experience required for consideration
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
Strong communication skills, effectively communicate problems, issues, risks, solutions, to stakeholders
