THE ROLE We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work on different projects and tasks for our SO-NOLA region (Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Perú). This person will be joining our Marketing team, a center-of-excellence for creativity and operations, working closely with Marketing Managers, Social Media Teams, Production, Content, and PR groups at Netflix to connect our stories with millions of people worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and coordinate the different Dashboards and internal tools that provide support to the Marketing Team across the region.
    • Design presentations for external partners (showrunners, creative agencies) and internal stakeholders (upper management, cross-functional partners, etc).
    • Organize scope, budget, and overall campaign resources.
    • Schedule meetings & calls, internally & externally. Take notes in meetings and circulate information to the greater team.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and other administrative duties (i.e. processing travel and expense reports, digital filing, calendar organization, meetings coordination, etc...).
    • Coordinate offsite events & activities for the MKT Team.
    • Onboard partners and vendors into Netflix’s tooling and payment systems: Set up new vendors, and support with Legal document process.
    • Support the MKT Team in the different steps of a marketing campaign including post-mortem analysis and reporting.
    • Assist external creative agencies in their execution of campaigns, deliverables and timelines, making sure creative excellence is achieved within budget on time.

Experience & Skills:

    • +5 years of marketing project management or advertising experience, preferably at an entertainment company or advertising/media agency with an emphasis on entertainment.
    • High competency and proven track record of project management of marketing campaigns.
    • Experience managing a high volume of campaigns in parallel, while collaborating with diverse, geographically-dispersed teams.
    • Strong understanding of marketing budget coordination and campaign implementation.
    • Strong communication skills along with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
    • Spanish and English are required.
