About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This team member will focus on scheduling high volume interviews and working closely with candidates, hiring managers and third party staffing partners to deliver white glove service and exceptional candidate experience. In addition to scheduling interviews, the Recruiting Coordinator will also assist in other HR projects as required.

This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager and this role can be fully remote in Argentina or Uruguay.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Schedule interviews for candidates across multiple teams and time zones using our ATS and G suite.
• Coordinate and confirm interview details (i.e. correct links to Zoom, etc) to ensure candidates have a positive experience.
• Handle a high volume of interview scheduling including high-priority meetings.
• Act as the main contact for all coordinating matters with agencies, employees, and executives.
• Assist in HR projects as required.

What We are Looking For:

• 2+ years as a Recruiting Coordinator/ Executive Assistant.
• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple recruiters and departments at a fast-growing startup.
• Highly organized with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills via phone, email, text message, and in-person.
• Ability to meet goals and assigned deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to work harmoniously with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies.
• Willing to ‘roll up the sleeves’ and do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
• Proficiency with an ATS (Jobvite preferred.)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
