Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
Responsible for the coordination, and implementation, of the workers compensation managed care program for a specific state to assist policyholders and agents with the enrollment process. Responsible for managed care processes including state panel production, issue tracking and support of network operations.
What Will You Do?
- Contact new and renewal policyholders and customers. Communicate information on the benefits of the managed care program and the process for a successful implementation. As needed, provide necessary forms and written documentation on the implementation process.
- Serve as the front-line managed care resource to policyholders, customers, Account Consultants, Account Executives and Claim Account Executives on the coordination and implementation of the managed care process.
- Ensure Information Request, Implementation Verification, and all other required forms have been completed and returned. Follow-up with accounts who have not returned required documentation.
- Maintain required documentation and tracking records of assigned activities.
- Assist Managed Care Consultant in the managed care compliance activities in accordance with Workers Compensation law and Administrative Rules.
- Professionally place and answer telephone calls and all other correspondence, respond to routine questions and reroute inquiries when appropriate.
- Effectively capture information and respond in an efficient manner.
- Consistently provide top-tier, high-level customer service.
- Share policyholder/customer, telephone, system and/or other business concerns with Unit Manager or other appropriate parties for prompt and effective resolution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What is a Must Have?
- High School diploma or equivalent
