Deal Desk: Order Management and Operations Specialist The Opportunity:

Imperva is a cybersecurity leader that delivers best-in-class solutions to protect data and applications on-premises, in the cloud, and across hybrid environments.

We're actively seeking an Order Management and Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Finance - Deal Desk Operations team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work with a preference for candidates in the Bay Area or near our Plano, TX office to support West Coast hours.

As the linchpin of our operations, this role bears the crucial responsibility of efficiently processing intricate customer orders and facilitating license generation for seamless order fulfillment. You will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and devising innovative solutions, be it system enhancements or process improvements, to meet our most pressing business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a working knowledge of Imperva’s order and licensing process
• Ensure complete and accurate processing of orders on a daily/weekly basis
• Support our West Coast regional Sales team, including our external channel partners
• Interact with Sales, Deal Desk, Revenue, AR, Legal, Operations teams to work through order management issues
• Research customer license install-base and generate necessary licenses for customer resolution
• Assist in maintaining/updating our OM process documentation
• Analyze business needs and work with stakeholders to drive system and process change
• Take a leading role in collaborating with OM team members to enable the sales team on order requirements
• Be able to take on team related projects, as well as participate in cross-functional projects, including UATs

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 Years of order management experience
• Experience building and maintaining Order Management processes with continuous quality improvement
• Ability to make decisions during peak periods while maintaining accuracy working at a high pace
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – a Must
• Strong customer service and team orientation skills
• Attention to detail without losing productivity
• Ability to problem solve complex order scenarios
• Demonstrate flexibility to changing priorities
• Ability to work extended hours during month-end, quarter-end and year-end close
• Experience with Salesforce.com is required
• Experience with NetSuite is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook and Google Docs, Google Sheets

The incumbent is expected to work from 10:00am CT to 7:00pm CT.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $53,000 -$75,000 (this is an hourly- non exempt). The salary offered will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, other qualifications, and location.
