About the Job :

Being one of the key contacts for our EU HUB markets (7 markets) for brand.com related topics and being a key point of contact for our Agency (Accenture & IRIS) for online content needs.

About Your Responsibilities

Key tasks:

• E-Mail creation for 7 HUB sites in EMEA, collection of market translations for promotional activities and mailings,
• Banner & content on-site updates, promotions set up in our tools such as .Net, setting up new products for online
• Uploading online assets on Sharepoint to share with markets
• In collaboration with external agencies, the online assistant will support EU Hub back office management: product updates, e-merchandising, content management and translations with external agencies, offer codes creations, tests, optimizations.
• In collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders, the online assistant will support the creation, translation and publishing of e-mailing campaigns across
• EU Hub markets and segments to support sales objectives.
• The online assistant will support the reporting and analysis of the business activity and e-mailing campaigns: sales, traffic, orders, etc.
• The online assistant will conduct regular checks of retail.com sites and our EU Hub sites to keep track of brand visibility and suggest improvements.
• The online assistant will support asset creation needs (on Photoshop) for e-mailing and on-site content.

An internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory.

Minimum Education Level: University degree (or on track to graduate) in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design or Digital...

Minimum Years and Area of Experience: At least one prior internship – e-commerce experience is preferred.

Required Language Proficiency: Fluent or strong understanding of English

Licenses or Certifications: eligible to work in France
